Barber-Collins Security - Operations Team

Barber-Collins Security Services prides itself on the close relationships we maintain with our Customers. To establish, build and develop these relationships we firmly believe every Customer needs a contact at Barber-Collins to effectively facilitate your security program. 

To ensure we have this relationship with each and every Customer, Barber-Collins Security assigns an Operations Manager to oversee the entire security program for your facility.

Operations Program

The following is a summary of the services provided by our Operations Managers:

• The Operations Manager will coordinate a customer service program to ensure total familiarity with your facility’s requirements

• Regular operations meetings will be scheduled where the Client, Supervisor and Operations Manager would be present. The meeting may include the owner of the company

   
• A post order and training program will be developed and maintained to reflect your security needs

   
• The Operations Manager will work closely with the Supervisor to provide an impeccable level of service

The Operations Team

At Barber-Collins Security we are firm believers in teamwork.  Our core management team consists of seven individuals who work together as a team to make Barber-Collins a successful service provider to our clients.  These individuals are also responsible for instilling this quality in our employees.

Darryl Rouleau, Operations Manager – drouleau@barbercollins.ca

• Advanced to site Administrator in 2003 and site Supervisor in 2005

• Promoted to Operations Manager in 2007

• Police Sciences program achieved through Stratford Institute in 1993
• Coordinated Emergency response team at an international manufacturing firm’s local site
• Certified Security Supervision and Management course through International Foundation for Protection Officers in 2005
• Certified Management Member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee since 2009
