Uniforms are offered to each staff member at no cost. Please take pride in your appearance. If you require a replacement item, simply bring your worn items into the office and a replacement will be issued. (We suggest that you call the office in advance to ensure size availability)

Barber-Collins Security - Years of Service Incentives
*Employees with 5 or more years of service earn an additional 2% of their gross earnings - paid out in December
*Employees who reach 15 years of service earn an additional 2% in vacation accrual, plus the years of service bonus.
* Some employees may fall under a separate Bonus agreement depending on the Client/Employee contract
