As a member of Barber-Collins Security Services Ltd, we trust that you will do your best each day by being dependable, reliable, professional and by following the policies and procedures required by both Barber-Collins and the account location that you have been assigned.  Uniforms are offered to each staff member at no cost.  Please take pride in your appearance.  If you require a replacement item, simply bring your worn items into the office and a replacement will be issued.  (We suggest that you call the office in advance to ensure size availability)

With over 500 employees, Barber-Collins Security is proud to announce that we have a few members with over 35 years of service with the organization. 38 % of the team has more than 5 years of service and 80% of the staff have been with Barber-Collins for over 1 year.

Barber-Collins Security - Years of Service Incentives

*Employees with 5 or more years of service earn 6% in vacation pay annually.

*Employees who reach 15 years of service earn 6% in vacation accrual, plus a 2% years of service bonus.

* Some employees may fall under a separate Bonus agreement depending on the Client/Employee contract
